For decades , I have always believed that cavemen had the best diet high in refined carbohydrates like bread , rice and pasta were not present at the time , so they could eat healthier and as nature intended .I had no idea that anyone agree with my beliefs , not to mention that there was actually a name for this type of diet (and thus grew up in a house of Nigeria in South London , with food like rice and yams to be part of the staple diet . My dear mother used to take offense when he lowered his crushed jollof rice or yam for a steak and a salad for autoclave system caveman if I thought he was in such good health was not good, then why all go out ... ) , so it was quite surprising to discover a few years later , while training is a personal trainer who really existed diet today

I thought for many years on a man's caveman diet made sense !
Paleolithic - Paleo or for short - is the diet of the caveman . It consists of everything you could imagine , essentially cavemen ate when they were running , catching the dinosaurs to eat. ( Who should have been a random exercise in itself . These guys must have looked like ! )
So what is the caveman diet? We talk nuts, berries , fruits , vegetables , fish and , of course , meat . Power of nature and nothing more. Nothing adds , processed or refined .
This seems perfect for me. Why would anyone think that healthy food handling by adding the formula refined carbohydrates is a good idea is beyond me , as it has been shown that this is far from the case .
Today, it is recognized that people who consume high levels of carbohydrates in their diet are more likely to suffer from blood sugar and high cholesterol and diabetes , obesity and heart disease . All problematic symptoms that were non-existent prior to the introduction of humanity and the poor interest , refined carbohydrates.
It is an absolute fact that I have no doubt . Just as I firmly believe that the microwave should be banned from the face of the earth and are one of the causes of major diseases such as cancer ... but that's another blog topic for another day - you will definitely grow - and how can we feel safe about eating all that is supposedly frozen cooked in less time than it takes to put false eyelashes, the power of the radiation is completely out of his head and must be educated and saved. Especially if they are also "bomb" a meal in the microwave , which is basically nothing more than refined carbohydrates .
Note that refined carbohydrates have long existed in the broader perspective of time mankind has been on this earth. Increased carbohydrate intake has actually happened since the introduction of agriculture and , more recently, has only been the last that refined carbohydrates have become increasingly common in Western diets century. It is strongly correlated with the increase in modern diseases mentioned above and would be foolish to ignore
